What You Will Achieve
- Advance regional operational effectiveness with process, innovation, and technology to enable the acquisition of top talent through delivery of operational excellence, exceptional customer service and a great candidate experience. In this role, the leader will be responsible for 13 APAC markets and lead a team of around 20.
How You Will Achieve It
- Deliver regional, standardized end to end recruitment services from job posting to onboarding with a focus on execution excellence while creating a “Wow” candidate and colleague experience
- Grow and manage team of regional coordinators accountable for the execution of key operational processes including interview scheduling and offer documentation ensuring alignment to country legal and privacy-related requirements and delivery against agreed SLA’s/KPI’s
- Build execution excellence through effective recruiting, training and process optimization to achieve optimal business outcomes.
- Ensure effective regional recruiter onboarding, training and adoption of of global process and recruitment tools and digital technologies
- Build a high performing and engaged team; motivate team to excel and exceed.
- Prioritize region and country-specific needs, advocate for prioritized changes and validate implemented talent acquisition solutions and interventions.
- Define and measure quality standards and controls to enhance customer experience, continuously improve the process to deliver the efficiency and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met, and to gain process efficiencies
- Develop consultative partnerships with recruiting teams to co-create solutions and capture feedback to transform hiring manager, recruiter and candidate user experience
- Consult with Candidate Experience leaders to understand significant staffing initiatives and recommend/design process solutions to meet business objectives
- Evaluate regional recruitment impacts to proposed changes or uptake of functionality, assesses options and develops appropriate stakeholder awareness and engagement
- Participate testing and lead or actively support regional implementation for new integrated technologies and process solutions
- Lead operational management and local implementation of new process solutions including recruitment process outsourcing
- Partner with Regional Candidate Experience Leaders to measure and improve effectiveness and ensure successful adoption of key initiatives
- Resolve operational impacting recruitment escalations, collaborating closely with GBS Colleague Services, HR Service Center, People Experience and Candidate Experience leaders with urgency needed to support business objectives
- Measure regional tool and job board ROI
- Audit core recruitment data and implements education and controls as needed to ensure integrity for data driven decisions and effective business utilization
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships across local, regional and global People Experience teams as an active participant to support priorities, proactively identify and manage issues and risks throughout HR projects, M&A and significant reorganizations.
- Ensure all required onboarding materials are well documented and managed according to local requirement.
- Work closely with People Experience team when needed, includes but not limited to ER cases cooperation, labor contract stamps, etc.
Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 7+ years’ talent acquisition experience; Workday experience required
- Proven organizational leadership ability in a global setting with a solid track record of increasingly responsible assignments across multiple functional areas ideally including talent acquisition
- Demonstrated project management expertise and track record of improving operational processes
- Ability to weigh multiple customer impacts and recommend solutions aligned to business priorities
- Proven analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating findings
- Strong project management and exceptional communication skills with demonstrated capability to influence desired outcomes
- Demonstrated experience leading direct or matrixed teams
- Verbal & written fluency in English and Simplified Chinese
