ROLE SUMMARY

The Global Reporting Services Lead is part of the GBS Colleague Services Solutions Team and is primarily responsible for setting and executing Pfizer’s HR Data Reporting strategy.

This role will lead a team of Workday and Business Object reporting analysts. This role will be accountable for identifying, planning for, and executing reporting process improvement initiatives that streamline and automate reporting activities for key stakeholders, including HR, Managers and Colleague (Employee) Services teams.

This position will report to the Director, Global Business Services – Colleague Solutions responsible for Data Management, Reporting and Security Administration.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recommend, align, and ultimately execute the PX reporting strategy roadmap in conjunction with leadership.

  • Lead a team of reporting analysts, in evaluating, designing, and implementing reports, dashboards and scorecards that meet business requirements – utilizing broad reporting Subject matter expertise.

  • The scope of this global role covers reporting needs including but not limited to:

    • All Workday modules

    • HR Reporting Warehouse (Oracle Data Warehouse with Business Objects reporting)

    • Any historic HR data repositories (Primarily Oracle DBs)

  • Influence and continuously seek process improvement opportunities for reporting, and lead global cross functional partnerships with HR functions, Digital, Legal, Compliance, and Third-Party / Managed Service Providers.

  • Accountable for managing the official monthly corporate global headcount process and for accurate workforce data delivery to the leadership teams, global Business and HR stakeholders. Contribute to the required external 10-K reporting, ESG and other formal legal / government documents related to headcount.

  • Partner closely with, and support HR leadership on sensitive Business Development initiatives, consult / give guidance on appropriate data sources, and deliver on confidential special projects and corporate initiatives.

  • Support corporate Audit processes and manage audit controls related to Employee Data reporting.

  • Ensure processes and data handling are in compliance with our Data Security & Privacy policies and guidelines.

  • Provide coaching and development for team members through structured process and tools including Growth and talent development.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 8+ years of HRIS and/or HR Operations experience.

  • 5+ years of HR Data Architecture / HR Operations experience, preferably with Workday and with large multi-national organization(s).

  • 2+ years hands-on Workday HCM experience with experience in Workday report design/development.

  • Strong functional understanding of the Workday solution and Software-as-a-Service environment.

  • Proven process design, analytical, organizational, project management and problem-solving skills in a global cross-functional team environment.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal interaction skills.

  • Management skills in assessing and effectively resolving business issues.

  • Ability to influence across a highly matrixed environment.

  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • SAP Business Objects experience.

  • Oracle SQL experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure.

  • Self-motivated and flexible with the ability to work effectively and independently in a dynamic problem-solving environment.

  • Workday Certified Report Writer.

  
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work Monday to Friday in a global environment which will require occasional off-hours conference call.

  • Domestic and International travel up to 20%.
