ROLE SUMMARY
The HR Platform Solutions Lead is a global role responsible for driving strategy, implementation and end-to-end management of HR Technology / HRIS Platforms to support/enable the GBS CS organizations’ delivery of HR processes. This role focuses on delivering innovative solutions through technology to enable a seamless, effective, and compliant HR service delivery, data governance & security, people reporting & analytics, integrations with other HR/Payroll Systems as well as the HR Case Management Module, all leading to an exceptional colleague experience. This role requires a seasoned leader with extensive experience in People Experience, Digital and/or Global Business Services organizations. This role will promote Pfizer’s Purpose, Values and the GBS culture, engaging and leading a global team of qualified and diverse CS colleagues at all levels.
The role requires collaboration with business and product leadership across the Fuse products to align on strategy and ultimate delivery to ensure an integrated and seamless experience for colleagues and managers. Additionally, this role will have the ultimate accountability of:

Release management of all HR Systems in scope, including Change Management of the releases

The global testing strategy and execution across Workday and ServiceNow (Fuse)

The management of system audits, compliance-related activities as per SOPs as well as the execution HR Technology risk assessments

The design and implementation of all compensation cycles (annual as well as off cycle ones) which includes implementation of continuous improvement ideas, planning and launch of the annual comp cycle, testing, auditing, etc. This team works closely and in partnership with the Total Rewards team to ensure that ACC is seamless for managers and is aligned with Pfizer funding (merit, bonus and stock)
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading an organization to solve intricate HR Technology challenges to effectively and efficiently support all key business needs including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, data exchange integrations, and corporate reorganizations.

Overseeing enterprise-wide systems such as Workday, the Global Reporting Warehouse (GRW), Extend, Prism, and ancillary HR Edge Systems.

Collaborating globally with GBS CS Leadership, PX stakeholders, Digital, Legal, and Compliance to ensure alignment and adherence to Data Privacy, Security, and Integration Compliance standards from a systems perspective.
The role involves leading a diversely skilled team to develop, implement and monitor integrated solutions within the Workday system. This includes partnering with global Business Process Owners and Global Process Leads to design processes that balance global standards and harness the power of Workday for innovative HR and business solutions, optimizing integrations and automations wherever possible. Lead innovation in GBS CS through active external benchmarking of HR Systems and the pursuit of AI possibilities, both internally and with our vendor partners. Additionally, the HR Platform Solutions Lead is responsible for supporting high-complexity project objectives, championing innovation/transformation, developing solutions to complicated problems, and leading teams to implement strategic direction.
HR Platform Solutions Team Management:

Oversee a team of Workday functional and technical experts with deep knowledge of the Workday modules, configuration, testing, reporting, data management, & security to deliver best-in-class Colleague Services operations through our technology..

Responsible for the HR Platform Solutions’ recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, engagement, and team quality, according to Pfizer’s Purpose and Values and in support of Global Business Services objectives.

Through our technology, support a culture focused on data driven decision making, continuous improvement, innovation, automation, compliance, and quality, focused on measurable outcomes and improvements in partnership with key stakeholders both internal and external to GBS CS.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-
BA/BS, or equivalent, with at least 12 years of experience of operating in a highly complex service delivery environment.

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

Strong functional & technical understanding of Workday, the Global Reporting Warehouse (GRW), Prism, HR Edge Systems and the global HR Service Delivery model across the full Hire to Retire Colleague Lifecycle.

Proven process design, analytical, organizational, project management and problem-solving skills in a global cross-functional team environment.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and partnering skills with both technical and functional end users.

Ability to develop and design innovative technical solutions that enable a positive user experience.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $184,200.00 to $307,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
