Job Location:

The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) will work closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced organization. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and candidate relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational capabilities, have great communication skills, have the ability to quickly flex into different situations at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping build an organization of talented individuals.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include providing overall operation support to the Talent Acquisition team with the following activities:
Requisition Management
- Post Requisitions in Beisen and external job boards
- Update requisition disposition
Candidate Management
- Arrange interview/video interview/panel interview
- Collect candidate information
- Arrange candidate tests and generate reports
Pre-employment Candidate On-boarding
- Guide candidates to apply position in Workday
- Log offer details/Preparation of Offer letters
- Conduct pre-employment requirements (background verification) per recruiters’ request
- Answer questions about pre-boarding process
Intern Recruitment
- Collect hiring needs for interns from both sales and Non-sales department
- Post Requisitions in Beisen and external job boards
- Pre-screen resumes for Non-sales departments
- Recommend candidates to hiring managers and collect interview feedback
- Assist in Pre-boarding process of interns and provide guidance for hiring managers
Vendor Management
- Review headhunting/service contract details and conclude contracts with vendors
- Create new Vendors in Ariba (Procurement System)
- Prepare necessary documents and submit Purchase Order in Ariba
- Follow payment status
Recruiter Support
- Generate Workday Reports for TA team and Recruiters
- Actively participate in local Talent Acquisition projects to drive productivity and enhance Talent Acquisition brand internally and externally
- Overall administrative support such as stationary applications, express delivery, documents and materials management, team meetings arrangement, team building organization
- Other responsibilities assigned by recruiters
Campus Recruitment & Other Event Support
- Support on-site or virtual campus recruitment activities
- Support branding and other events per needs
Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience):
- Minimum of 0-2 year work experience with demonstrated ability to carry out administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience required
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to independently prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese & English
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Able to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management.
- Able to work in a team environment and be willing to share workload with other administrative support
- High sense of responsibility and self-initiative and sensitive to details
- Good documentation skill
