This position performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in the TOURS area of Finance, which includes both domestic and international functions. Duties include verifying the accuracy of invoices and routing for approvals, review and approve purchase card transactions, account reconciliations, and preparation of any ad hoc reporting or projects.


  • AA Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience in Accounting

  • 0-3 years of accounting experience

  • Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Must be efficient in dealing with high volumes of transactions, detail oriented and needs strong verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as necessary (to include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

  • Experience with Workday and/or Concur a plus


Responsible for general accounting support for assigned accounting units including AP invoice process, purchase card review and approvals, and assistance with reconciliations and analysis related to business units, as requested

AP Invoice Process:

  • Review for accuracy and compliance, including supporting documentation

  • Review for budget compliance

  • Provide coding

  • Route for approvals

Purchase Card/Expense Report Review:

  • Review for coding accuracy


  • Clerical duties as assigned

  • Balance Sheet reconciliations and/or analysis, as requested

  • Special projects and other ad hoc requests, as assigned
