Summary

PM Pediatric Care is looking for an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to oversee the Information technology (IT) department. The successful candidate will be expected to build strong and supportive relationships to develop and execute IT strategies, to ensure the company’s strategic goals and objectives are met, and that all systems necessary to support its operations and objectives are in place.

The CIO will develop a high-performance, highly accountable infrastructure to ensure the department delivers superb service, provides strategic value, and optimizes the capabilities of information systems and technologies across PM Pediatric Care.

Description

  • Hold primary accountabilities for all of IT, including planning, building, and running systems as well as business continuity and security.
  • Collaborate and partner with our executive team to identify ways IT can assist the company in achieving strategic, business, and financial goals.
  • Ensure that IT, network infrastructure and telecommunications adequately support the company’s computing, data processing, security, and communications needs.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor the IT strategy to meet both short and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operations.
  • Select and implement innovative technology to streamline operations and help optimize workflows.
  • Design and customize technological systems and platforms to improve clinician and patient experience.
  • Lead, manage, and coach the IT team to achieve business objectives and priorities.
  • Diligent oversight and management of an IT budget and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations that apply to systems operations.
  • Interact closely with counterparts to ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, PCI and other industry regulations.
  • Lead the cyber security function for the organization.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience as a CIO in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience working with multi-site, geographically dispersed office locations.
  • Proven experience managing a Microsoft 365/Azure environment.
  • Personal experience migrating to and operating in the cloud.
  • Experience with eClinincalWorks EMR a plus
  • Experience with RingCentral UCaaS and call center a plus
  • Experience with Workday a plus
  • Proven experience creating and executing technology strategy and technical solutions.
  • Proven record of establishing and executing an IT vision and the ability to drive successful delivery of customer focused IT solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure and security practices. Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong strategic and business mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • BS/BA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
