Summary
**This is a remote role**
**Exposure to Workday a must. Knowledge with emphasis on Human Capital Management**
This position will report to the People Operations and Information Systems Manager. The POIS Coordinator will enhance the performance of our People Operations Technology (Workday). This role supports the POIS Manager with expanding design and development of our POIS initiatives to ensure the successful and accurate administration, operation, and alignment of the system with PM Pediatrics strategic objectives and People Operations-specific goals.
Description
- Review, enter and approve employee transactions, such as Hires, Job changes, Compensation changes, Promotions, Transfers and Terminations.
- Participate in semi-annual Workday Release Updates.
- Manage Employment Verification Letter Process.
- Review, reconfigure and test for annual Open Enrollment and ACA filing.
- Conduct HRIS audits and maintenance to ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within Workday.
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate more complex issues to higher-level support within the POIS team.
- Respond to employee inquiries and issues, including, but not limited to password resets, Workday reporting, and employee profiles.
- Provide People Operations Support (POIS Team Mailbox, Human Resource Mailbox & Functional Leads). Â
- Assist with Workday Community searches to investigate and resolve issues. Â
- Special projects and other duties, as assigned.
- Assist employees with Workday questions, seek resolution quickly and partner with internal customers to develop new processes within Workday to better suit the company’s changing needs.
- Communicate with and work closely with all levels of management and other departments on Workday inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in information systems, computer science, human resources management, or business administration.Â
- 3-5 years of experience with HRIS systems in a related industry.Â
- Exposure to Workday a must. Knowledge with emphasis on Human Capital Management.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision and perform effectively under tight time deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized.
- Ability to always maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
- Must be able to multi-task.
Compensation:

The salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role. Please note that actual salaries/rates may vary within this range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and based on experience and qualifications.
