Bring your passion for people and process to the industry leader that Thinks Outside.  This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Corporate Functions – Legal/Marketing HR team to help enable our leaders and team to drive customer-centric, highly efficient, profitable growth.

This position will have responsibility for ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements while also attending to the needs of internal and external customer requirements.


  • Provide administrative support to HR team (Workday data entry, offer letters, org charts, folder maintenance, recruiting, etc.)

  • On-site HRIS expert, including data entry, report generation, and system optimization.  

  • Prepare monthly talent metrics, analyze trends, and partner with HRIS to enhance Workday analytics

  • Execute Workday transactions for employee moves/changes, develop standard work to drive process efficiency, and prepare supporting documentation related to transactions (e.g., promotion documentation)

  • Support metrics and slide generation for HR monthly operations

  • Assist in New Hire Onboarding – coordinate start dates, process new hire paperwork, initiate drug screen & background checks

  • Provide day to day support, including interacting with employees and providing answers to basic HR questions

  • Provide support for full range of HR related processes including recruiting, work visas, personnel files, onboarding/orientation, performance management, etc .

  • Understand all HR processes and continually seek for improvement opportunities.

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, related or technical fields required

  • 2+ years relevant work experience in HR or related field preferred

  • Highly organized, self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritize and attention to detail

  • Critical-thinking and analytical skills focused on proposing business solutions & driving process improvement, Continuous improvement mindset

  • Highly organized, takes initiative and able to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook – including previous experience analyzing data

  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) preferred

  • Driven; track record of delivering consistent results
