about the position…

This position will be responsible for the human resources (HR) system data integrity, maintenance, reporting and efficiencies while providing support to the HR department. This position is a great opportunity for an administrative, HR or payroll professional with excellent computer and analytical skills.

position details/responsibilities…

  • Ensure proper entry and maintenance of employee and system data within Workday HRIS.
  • Assess system utilization and recommend efficiencies.
  • Perform periodic audits to validate data integrity.
  • Generate and distribute reports and analytics.
  • Serve as liaison between HR, IT and managers regarding the operation of systems and reports.
  • Maintain electronic employee data files and ensure that HR data confidentiality is maintained.
  • Work on projects and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to the department as needed.

here’s what we’re looking for…

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-4 years’ experience utilizing Workday as an HRIS.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced work environment with very strict deadlines.
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision or management and remain organized.
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and be extremely professional with a positive attitude.
