About this Position

The Accountant II is responsible for preparing daily and monthly bank reconciliations, researching to resolve reconciling items daily, documenting and maintaining procedures, updating and balancing abandoned property system, assisting Bank Reconciliation Manager with other special projects as requested.

This role is hybrid: 2 days in office / 3 days remote.

The estimated salary range for this role is: $55K – $65K

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Prepare monthly system and manual bank reconciliations 

  • Quarter-end analytics for assigned accounts

  • Prepare journal entries 

  • Weekly account maintenance 

  • Participate in team and department projects 

  • Recommend process and procedural improvement 

  • Experience with Workday and Blackline a plus

  • Additional duties as assigned
