About this Position
This position is responsible for processing Supplier Invoices and payment requests required to support the operations of the Company in compliance with corporate policies and guidelines.
Hybrid Position – 1 day required in office
Estimated salary range for this role: 45-50K
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Essential Job Duties:
- Process Supplier Invoices and payment requests
- Maintain the Supplier master record – this includes adding new Suppliers and updating existing Supplier records as needed.
- Monitor in-process transactions,
- Research/resolve inquires concerning account and payment status
- Special projects as requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Some College or Associate's Degree – Business-related preferred.
- 2-3 years of previous Accounts Payable experience.
- Strong organization skills. Must be detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Previous experience using Workday Financials preferred.
