Overview

Job Location:
Atlanta, GA

Acts as primary technology expert within the Learning and Development team,
including LMS use, curriculum design, virtual instructor lead training production, video creation, and editing.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Management System:  

  • Coordinates with HRIS to support configuring Workday Learning, building reports and dashboards to meet business needs, and managing integrations with other platforms.  
  • Provides internal customer service as a Workday Learning system expert who troubleshoots issues, teaches learning coordinators (100+), researches new functionality, tests system, builds learning resources, and leads webinars in a complex system environment – 7,000 + courses.  
  • Leads projects to implement new functionality while partnering with key users.
  • Consults with internal functions on best use of LMS and other learning tools. (40%)
  • Produces, edits, and distributes enterprise communication videos for Printpack including Recent Impressions, customer training, awards presentations, etc.  
  • Executes the build of subtitles in other languages.
  • Creation and editing of learning videos (20%)

Change Management:

  • Writing and execution of communication for change management initiatives.  
  • Communicates with both change advocates and users.
  • Creates training materials and facilitates webinars. (20%)
  • Fills advanced producer role for virtual, instructor-led facilitation including customer training (5%)

Instructional Design Capabilities:

  • Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and/or other related tools

Education:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience   

Qualifications:  

  • Experience with managing a learning management system (Workday preferred) at an enterprise level
  • A high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong interpersonal/customer service/collaborative skills interacting with all levels of the organization and across functions 
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and follow up
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficient Microsoft skills in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
