Printpack is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst located in Atlanta, GA. This position will focus on supporting Printpack’s Total Rewards programs. Under general supervision, the Total Rewards Analyst will administer the company’s retirement plans, assist with compensation programs in accordance with established policies, and support the Total Rewards team’s annual events. This position will report to the Total Rewards Manager.

POSITION SCOPE: 

The Total Rewards Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Printpack’s retirement benefit plans and compensation program support. Challenges for this role include identifying ways to monitor and improve processes using emerging technologies, managing internal customer and external vendor relationships to achieve optimum collaboration/partnering satisfaction levels, and providing subject matter expert input for ongoing program enhancements.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer the company’s retirement and pension plans including annual audit and federal filings.

  • Maintain retirement benefit records and prepare documents necessary for retirement plan administration.

  • Assist with the administration of the following compensation programs: wage and salary administration, automobile allowance, sales compensation, incentive compensation, executive compensation, and other compensation programs.

  • Support Total Rewards team during annual events as needed.

  • Coordinate and audit transfer of data for compensation and retirement benefit programs.

  • Conduct compensation and retirement plan audits and assist in coordinating corrective actions.

  • Assist with managing vendor relationships by ensuring that services included in vendor service agreements are provided and administered in an effective, timely, and consistent manner, including satisfaction of service level commitments.

  • Conduct and participate in compensation and retirement benefits surveys.

  • Collaborate in the development and writing of retirement benefits and compensation programs policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Education:  Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Experience:  1-3 years relevant related professional experience required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • Experience administering retirement benefit plans required; knowledge of ERISA and understanding of retirement benefits plan compliance preferred.

  • Experience conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions preferred (exposure to Hay job analysis methodology a plus).

  • Strong computer skills are required, including Microsoft (MS) Office. Experience with MS Excel including formulas (i.e. V-lookup, pivot tables), and other advanced features required.

  • Knowledge of Workday and compensation benchmarking systems preferred.

  • Possesses analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to gain awareness of customer needs; blended with the team/department strategies required.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a high degree of timely problem resolution required.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully function in a team environment required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships with all levels in the organization required.

  • Basic project management skills and experience preferred.

  • Understanding of how to manage information, balancing confidentiality with business needs, and knowing when to communicate information to senior leaders required.
