Where We Need You:
We are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join our North America FP&A team. This individual should have a passion for understanding and interpreting periodic financial data partnering with a collaborative team and have the desire to grow within a flourishing organization.

Financial Planning and Analysis Role
- You will measure regional financial performance against key business metrics and document financial highlights against strategic/business plans.
- You will assist in preparation of budget and forecast workbooks/schedules with commentary and analysis, including compliance with revenue recognition per GAAP.
- You will collaborate with Regional HR, Talent Management and Recruiting teams in forecasting, monitoring and analysis of headcount and productivity.
- You will engage as a resource and subject matter expert for financial business systems and financial policies
- You will share financial trend analysis with FP&A management and regional leaders
Reporting / Data Tracking Responsibilities
- You will develop reports to advise regional leadership on financial performance
- You will analyze the PowerBI reports already developed across finance, human resources, recruiting and operations to ‘tell the operational story’ for the region.
- You will support requests for information used in internal and external reporting on an ad hoc basis.
- You will ensure observance of legal and regulatory requirements throughout the financial process.
- You will ensure reporting and compliance accuracy.
Communications Responsibilities
- You will join National Finance discussions.
- You will create relationships with other Finance team members across Protiviti to ensure best practices and consistency.
- You will prepare materials for meetings with regional leadership to discuss periodic financial performance

- Ability to manage time and shifting priorities
- Basic knowledge of financial statements, forecasting analysis and metrics
- Demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter.
- A passion for connecting with, empowering, and inspiring others
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting, Finance, Management).
- Advanced education or related business certifications (e.g. CMA) is a plus
- 3+ years in business or finance related field
- Experience thinking creatively and planning strategically
- Intermediate skills Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience with business analytics solutions, specifically Microsoft PowerBI and Workday Adaptive Insights, is a plus.
