We’re seeking an Advisor, Campus and Internship Experience, to partner with key stakeholders and peers to support and engage with our powerful networks of people, opportunities, and investments. Reporting to the Manager, Campus and Internship Experience, this role will be part of a small yet impactful team that engages with each business group within the global organization. Our goal is to ensure we are attracting the right talent for current and future hiring considerations, elevate our brand awareness at global campuses and provide an engaging internship experience.

As an Advisor, Campus and Internship Experience, you’ll:

  • Independently manage day-to-day Campus recruitment activities in Montreal mainly and provide additional Campus recruitment support to our growing global offices (New York, London, Hong Kong), encompassing both our Investment business groups and Business Partner (support) groups.

  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities with universities and associations to help elevate our brand and drive access to a diverse global talent pool.

  • Attend, plan and lead events (such as Information sessions, association conferences, diversity focused events) virtually, on-campus or in PSP offices.

  • Support and participate in strategic initiatives relating to Campus recruitment and Internship experience to expand and evolve our existing program.

  • Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment cycles with internal clients, including headcount management, intake discussions, job postings, candidate screening, offer delivery, and check-ins throughout internship.

  • Support internship cohorts through onboarding/training, goal setting, performance management, career discussions and employee relations where required.

  • Support on the creation, tracking and delivery of various reports, dashboards, presentations and KPIs.

  • Act as a key ambassador for PSP at all times, with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Staying abreast of best practices and trends around Campus recruitment.



  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5+ years of relevant or transferrable work experience, ideally with direct experience in Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or another HR function, where you’ve worked closely advising or consulting with internal hiring managers

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)

  • Organized, deadline oriented, and has a strong attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative people orientation, with the agility to navigate through change or uncertainty

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English and in French, is required

  • Experience with Workday (recruitment/HR system) considered an asset
