We’re seeking a Advisor, Talent Acquisition to join our growing talent acquisition team. The hire will focus on full lifecycle recruiting across our business groups, with focus supporting our business partner groups (ie: Technologies, Finance, etc).  
In addition to the above, the hire will also be expected to put dedicated focus on diversity recruiting, assisting to identify and cultivate relationships with diversity talent and organizations. 





As Advisor, Talent Acquisition you’ll: 


  • You will partner and support our Sr. Advisors. Talent Acquisition on recruitment mandates, which at times will focus on dedicated candidate sourcing and screening support and in other instances will take lead role in managing end-to-end recruitment searches, working directly with our Hiring Managers and their respective teams to execute searches 

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and management of a proactive pipelining/sourcing approach for our business groups, in alignment with PSP business objectives and workforce planning (diversity, critical roles, future skill sets) 

  • Identify critical competencies for assessing candidates and act as a trusted advisor in helping our business groups to more consistently identify and measure candidate’s capabilities and potential through objective and unbiased processes, with an eye for building diverse, agile teams 

  • Develop strong partnerships with our global search firm partners, to ensure we are delivering a consistent, on-brand experience for both candidates and our businesses and maximizing positive outcomes 

  • Partner with our Campus recruitment colleagues to assist at relevant recruitment events where needed and to leverage campus activity as a future pipeline for experienced hiring needs 

  • Collaborate effectively across HR teams as required (HRBPs, Compensation/Global Mobility, Talent Management, HR Systems/Operations) 

  • Commit to learning and leveraging our primary recruitment systems (Workday Recruitment and LinkedIn Recruiter), with an appreciation for the desired analytics and reporting outputs that will help to measure our progress and provide valuable insights 

  • Convert industry research and day-to-day activity into meaningful market insights for our HR/ Business groups 





  • University degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience 

  • One (1) to six (6) years of experience, in talent acquisition (or related work) 

  • Proven experience recruiting (headhunting) for low-volume, niche roles, within a sophisticated, high-performance environment 

  • Learning agility, drive and curiosity

  • Strong candidate assessment and management skills 

  • Proven ability to be creative and resourceful in utilizing tools and systems to directly source candidates against open roles and to cultivate longer-term relationships for future needs 

  • Service-oriented, team-player 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
