ABOUT THE TEAM

Reporting to the Director, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), Leadership and Development, as the Coordinator, Culture, Diversity Equity Inclusion and Learning, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating human resources activities. You will work closely with the teams responsible for culture, DEI, leadership and development. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the proper planning, coordination and execution of strategic HR projects.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Coordinator, Culture, Diversity Equity Inclusion and Learning, you will be responsible for the following mandates:

  • Ensure the quality of the execution of the learning and development strategy by ensuring rigor in the implementation of the various logistical aspects and by providing support to employees and suppliers when required

  • Update training information in the learning management system to ensure the integrity and reliability of the information in the system, including updating and managing training data in Workday, creating new courses, tracking progress, and managing certificates of completion

  • Plan and coordinate activities arising from Culture, DEI and Leadership and Development initiatives (e.g., booking venue, materials, meals, audiovisual, managing vendors and necessary services, etc.) in collaboration with stakeholders

  • Design impactful, aesthetically harmonious, and professional PowerPoint presentations and communications that synthesize complex information into clear and understandable visuals and graphics, suitable for different levels of audience

  • Search for and propose speakers, speakers, trainers, venues for the various activities (seminars, workshops, conferences), taking into account the logistical aspect and the desired impact on the participants

  • Write and/or review invitations, thank-you notes and other official communications related to events

  • In collaboration with the procurement team, manage contracts and suppliers to ensure that budgets and organizational policies are respected

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • DEC in Administration or related field

  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in event management, talent development or coordination of internal activities

  • Proficiency in the Workday platform or a similar human resources management system (LMS, HRIS)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and employee experience

  • Strong writing skills in order to communicate clear and engaging messages

  • Advanced skills in using Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

  • Have a developed aesthetic sense to create visually appealing events and documents that reflect the values and identity of the organization

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Bilingualism: English and French (Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our Hong Kong, London and New York offices, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa
