  • Ongoing support of Workday System to maintain high level of integrity of Regional Processes
  • Collaborate and work regularly with the Global Workday Team based in Germany on any enhancements/initiatives
  • Produce in depth results for regression and functional testing of updates
  • Assist with gathering and outlining business requirements for new configuration and future rollouts of changes to HCM, Talent Management, Onboarding, Learning, and Recruitment business processes
  • Manage Regional Workday Support email inbox and respond to all questions timely for focused areas of ownership
  • Design, document, implement, and monitor reports and links to Power BI Dashboards
  • Manage, schedule, and produce ADHOC report requests with accuracy
  • Meet regularly with end users to ensure success and top-notch user experience
  • Provide system support, guidance, and training to Regional HR Team members, Retail & Corporate focused
  • Makes recommendations for system efficiencies and new tech
  • Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA Brand Values in all decisions, actions, processes, and practices


  • Workday experience required
  • Workday People Analytics experience a plus
  • 3-5 years’ experience in HRIS or HR Operations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Must be a self-starter with proven ability to work independently and learn quickly
  • Must be detail oriented, creative, and possess strong analytical and issue resolution skills
  • Must have proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and assignments in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a strong communicator, written and verbal with different levels of employee and management
  • Disciplined to work with highly confidential information and ability to critically analyze data input/output for accuracy and effectiveness
