  • Serve as a P&O business partner including advising the (Senior) Management in all operational and strategic P&O related topics
  • Manage the full P&O lifecycle from personnel & budget planning, recruiting, on-boarding, support, development activities to individual personnel measures¬†
  • Drive initiatives in partnership with business leaders to attract, develop and retain talent in the organization through succession planning and employee development
  • Provide effective, creative, and objective employee relations support through coaching, policy interpretation, progressive disciplinary action, and incident investigation
  • Guide managers through the talent management process to ensure consistency, clarity, and achievable action plans
  • Ensure compliance with HR-related local law and company rules & regulations


  • Minimum 5 years of increasing experience in human resources driving business outcomes with strong organizational development skills, knowledge and tools
  • Workday experience beneficial
  • Strong communication and writing skills required
  • Must be flexible and comfortable with managing multiple priorities
  • Detail oriented, creative, and possess strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Results oriented with ability to work within demanding times frames
