Diversity Talent Sourcer (Temp) – PVH Corp.

As a Diversity Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in partnering with recruiters and hiring teams to execute strategies for building pipelines of diverse, underrepresented talent that reflect our brands and company culture. You will engage, inspire, and nurture relationships with those talent communities through sourcing, pre-screening, outreach, events, and affiliations with relevant community and professional organizations.


  • Build strong pipelines of diverse talent with an emphasis on creating extraordinary candidate experiences
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand the requirements of various roles, define and identify transferable skill profiles, and pre-screen and assess candidates and referrals
  • Use diversity data to partner with the I&D team and identify opportunities to create pipelines that serve not only immediate openings, but succession planning and long-term growth
  • Deliver diversity metrics reports and sourcing status updates to talent acquisition partners
  • Partner with Employer Branding and the I&D team to develop creative outreach and engagement strategies and content so as to continuously grow and diversify the organizations talent networks; lead outreach campaigns; plan, execute, and attend referral and networking events
  • Proactively nurture multiple talent pipelines and track pipeline activity to share with recruiters and hiring teams
  • Conduct market discovery to inform your storytelling with data, research, and relevant talent insights; make recommendations on where diverse talent pools exist and work collaboratively with internal teams to attract and engage talent.
  • Engage with the company’s Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to build networks and act as diversity talent ambassador for our brands, foster relationships with BRG’s to increase awareness and funnel diverse talent to our job openings

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting, to include finding and pre-screening candidates
  • Experience analyzing data, understanding trends, developing and articulating recommendations for action, based on the analysis
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other sourcing tools or talent data platforms; Workday ATS, Phenom, and Linkedin preferred
  • Knowledge of Boolean searches
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Understanding of recruitment marketing tactics and social engagement is preferred
  • Familiarity of Diversity and Affinity Groups is preferred
