Human Resources Officer, PVH Asia Pacific

This role will start with 1-year fixed-term.


  • Provide full spectrum of administrative and HR operational support to the Regional HRBP and commercial markets’ HRBP

  • Support WorkDay maintenance; leave administration; org-chart

  • Prepare reports and presentation materials

  • Manage and organize scheduling of meetings/interviews

  • Support on-boarding to off-boarding associate life cycle processes

  • Support vendor management (including contract sign up/renewal, payment and Workday system vendor account set up, outsourcing agencies etc.)

  • Monthly reporting data input/validation and follow up with HRBPs

  • Coordinate and support set up of training

  • Liaise with global Workday team (including ticket submission, testing and reporting etc.)

  • Support activities/events organization

  • Perform any ad hoc assignments/projects.

Functional Competencies:

  • Time management and organization skills


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as support to senior management and their teams, with experience in HR Operations

  • Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines

  • Good English written and verbal communication skills

  • Mature, well-organized and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills; able to handle confidential information and sensitive matters

  • Knowledge of HRIS, Knowledge of Workday will be a plus

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong work ethic, and motivation to learn, grow and succeed

  • Impeccable time management & project management ability; able to multi-task and prioritize workload

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and show flexibility as needed; willingness to take on ad hoc tasks and special projects

  • Comfort in dealing with all levels of employees

  • Good MS Office skills especially Excel
