Job Description & Summary

Our team focuses on developing and analysing surveys related to workforce, market research, and customer satisfaction to find ways organisations can optimise Human Resources and establish industry leading practices.

HR Consulting
  • Support our clients in defining their HR strategy and according values
  • Analyse and revise current HR processes to more efficient ways of working
  • Contribute to the design of a delivery model for their HR services
  • Advise our clients on the design and implementation of (global) HR transformation programme
  • Market and leading practice insights in core HR processes, and Target Operating Model ((TOM)
  • Vitality, drive and resolve in overcoming challenges and seeking new innovative solutions
  • An in-depth expertise in Change Management and global business service
  • An understanding of the design and implementation of HR solutions in complex international organizations

HR Tech
  • Understand and map our clients’ end-to-end HR-process
  • Collaborate closely together with HR Advisory to propose improvements an HR process
  • A passion for understanding the latest advancements in automation and new technologies, and the diligence to apply these to solve business problems
  • Implement our clients’ requirements into an HR IT-system like WorkDay or PeopleSoft HCM
  • Follow-up after the go-live data to respond to questions or concerns
  • Help our clients select the best HR information system that suits their needs; Functional Consulting for WorkDay Implementation
