As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Preferred skills

  • Demonstrates technical expertise within Workday with a thorough understanding of reporting and the Prism Analytics Accounting Center with additional competencies preferred as followed:
    • Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success working in a collaborative environment to collect and refine business requirements along with the associated development activities to deliver the appropriate reporting solutions within Workday Accounting Center;
    • Demonstrates competencies in verbal and written communication skills via experience in leading business requirements gathering and design sessions;
    • Demonstrates thorough abilities in data profiling and governance principles to ensure data integrity and quality throughout the development life cycle, and utilizes data modeling, design, and visualization tools and principles;
    • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of SQL, including database queries;
    • Serves as a subject matter expert regarding Workday Accounting Center; and
    • Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Degree Required:

Bachelor Degree

Minimum Years of Experience:

2 years

Certification(s) Preferred:

Certification in one of the following: Workday Financials, Workday Integrations,  Workday Prism Analytics, or Workday Composite Reporting
