Job Title: Workday HCM Analyst – Compensation Management

Location: Pan india

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday HCM Analyst with specialized expertise in Compensation Management. As a member of our HR Technology team, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing management, configuration, and optimization of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, specifically focusing on compensation modules and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Workday HCM Compensation Management module.

· Configure, maintain, and enhance Compensation Management processes and workflows within Workday.

· Collaborate closely with HR business partners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.

· Conduct regular audits and analysis of compensation data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational policies and guidelines.

· Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training related to Compensation Management functionality in Workday.

· Lead or contribute to system integration projects related to compensation, working closely with IT and HR teams.

· Stay informed about Workday updates and industry best practices related to Compensation Management, proactively suggesting improvements and implementing changes as needed.

· Generate reports and analytics to support compensation planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, with a focus on Compensation Management.

· Workday HCM certification(s) preferred.

· Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly in compensation and rewards.

· Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Compensation Management module, including compensation packages, salary structures, bonus plans, and merit cycles.

· Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
