Job Description
Ability to lead large scale Workday HCM deployments
Generate demand in market, grow the practice.
Should have expertise in Workday HCM.
Should have experience in HR domain/HR Technologies/HR consulting.
Strategic & Technical Orientation
● Provide strategic leadership to the Workday practice with a responsibility to enhance the customer
experience through
outcome led engagements and high-quality deliverables
● Focus on Business enablement, Innovation, Practice development, business delivery and practice
operations
● Develop Short-term and Long-term Vision and Strategic Plans for the Workday Practice – vision
and execute vertical and account growth strategies, capability and people development
● Align vision to flow through to delivery excellence, end to end quality, automation, quality, etc.
● Define the capability strategy that keeps us ahead of our competition in terms of the deepest
Salesforce skill sets in the market
● Support development of and enable overall strategy, models, tools and action plans for new and
current service offerings and Go to Market (GTM) Offerings
● Enable pre-sales by ensuring availability of practice specific sales kits, collaterals and drive end to
end proposal response delivery
● Manage the targets & utilization for the practice and strategy/solution formulation to achieve
business objectives
● Manage Partnerships and Alliances within Workday and their partner applications landscape
● Grow the practice with on-going whitespace identification, capability development and focus to
evolve ways of working with differentiated and accelerated delivery People Management
● Build a team from the ground up including involvement in recruitment, selection and onboarding
● Lead teams to create a vision, coach and motivate team members to support an atmosphere of
trust, diverse perspectives, creativity, and innovation. Additionally, shape broader decisions on talent
strategy and talent development
● Build a culture in alignment with our values
● Collaborate and partner across practices to collectively win and deliver complex engagements
Impact:
High degree of independence and influence over the Center partners and staff in the execution of the
Workday delivery strategy.
Educational Background:
● Experience Level – More than 15 years

Consulting Skills with deep focus on at least one vertical;
Client engagement and business development experience; practice development experience; and
cross industry Workday HCM
