It takes talented people to support the largest professional services organisation in the world. Talent Acquisition works to identify and attract talent for PwC. You’ll focus on managing the key strategies for engaging and hiring the right talents for PwC Ireland.  

Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Manager, you’ll lead a team of problem solvers, helping to hire the right talent in a challenging and ever changing market as our business continues to grow

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the overall strategy for early careers recruitment

  • Overview and manage a team

  • Lead the learning & development initiatives across graduate and undergraduate recruitment

  • Manage campus and in-house events

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contacts in university careers offices and university faculty

  • Internal and external relationship and stakeholder manager

  • Overall campaign and process management for student recruitment

  • Implementation of new technology and improvements and efficiencies

  • Manage employer branding (digital, marketing and social campaigns)

  • Collaboration & bringing synergies with the experience hire recruitment team

  • Represent the student recruitment team across HR and the wider business

  • Reporting on key team matrix and presenting dashboards from the Workday system

Experiences and skills: 

  • 5+ years experience in early careers recruitment

  • A recognised University Degree or equivalent, preferably in HRM, Psychology or a business subject area

  • Operational experience of managing a team

  • Project management skills

  • Excellent team worker

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Communication skills are very important 

  • Presentation skills are an asset

  • Ability to work under short deadlines and time constraints.

  • Communication skills are very important and the ability to present to large groups of people
