A career in Human Resources, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. Our team actively recruits for full time employees at all levels, from experienced to executive, as well as fixed term, contingent, and flexible talent and supports the internal movement process between roles.
Meaningful work you’ll be part of Â
As an Experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Â

Design and execute strategic, cost-effective talent acquisition solutions that are closely aligned with the Consulting line of service business and the Canadian talent marketÂ

Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring excellence and efficiency from candidate engagement to successful onboardingÂ
-
Proactively identify and recruit top talent in a highly competitive employment market, utilizing various sourcing tools, talent insights, and analysisÂ
-
Act as the subject matter expert and consultant on recruitment processes, candidate markets, and competitive intelligenceÂ
-
Partner with Hiring Managers to secure the necessary approvals, maintain stringent adherence to our recruitment policies and procedures, setting the standard for excellence and complianceÂ
-
Collaborate effectively with Human Capital, Global Mobility, Acceleration Centre, and Recruitment Shared Service Centre teams to secure hires and ensure a seamless and successful onboarding experience
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solveÂ

Proven track record in driving full life cycle recruitment and implementing sourcing strategies to target niche hard-to-fill rolesÂ

Expertise in orchestrating and steering comprehensive recruitment campaigns, leveraging diverse attraction methods and sourcing toolsÂ
-
Strong practical experience with Workday and Microsoft Office Suite in an environment where high data integrity is crucialÂ
-
Adept at employing digital/AI tools to enhance recruitment processesÂ
-
Experience in professional services, law, or consulting recruitment and ability to work and navigate effectively in a matrix organization or partnership structure are considered a strong assetÂ

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsÂ

Robust persuasion and influence skills, adept at setting and managing stakeholder expectationsÂ
-
Agility in navigating and contributing to a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and ability to navigate multiple requests and competing prioritiesÂ
