About the Role

You will help in delivering complex solutions which can include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems particularly in the area of employee onboarding and learning & development.
  • Being actively involved in recruitment by working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to ascertain onboarding needs and new employee preparation.
  • Be able to support the HCBP in developing talent through management of policies, performance and procedures.
  • Support technical escalations for Workday issues and management.

About You

We are expecting you are:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in the Human Capital field for 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
  • Problem-solver and decision-making aptitude.
  • Knowledgeable in Workday is of high advantage.
  • Open to work in Makati City in a hybrid work setup.
