What you will be doing

As a HR Cloud Transformation Consultant, you will work within a multi-disciplinary and client-focused team that consists of specialists with different backgrounds (such as organisational psychology and business administration).
We help our clients to improve their HR organisation and get it working optimally by using technology as an enabler. This can range from system selection to full system implementations.

You will be working on projects for and with clients, these projects usually involve being with a team at the client, on site. Working within your team, you will help the client select and implement HR systems. You will participate in designing, improving and testing HR processes, delivering workshops to the client team and guiding them through the different phases of the project. Based on the gathered input, you will be actively working on system configuration. You will gain experience in project management, stakeholder and change management.

You are flexible to take on the different roles in these types of projects. You are service oriented, you are able to adapt effortlessly to any situation and are always seeking out opportunities to collaborate. You get energy from challenges and are able to reimagine the possible.

  • You have a university master’s degree, preferably in IT, Business Economics or Human Resources;

  • You have preferably gained experience working with Workday (as an employee user or HR user), or (ideally) experience implementing Workday from a consulting role;

  • You enjoy, and have experience in analysing complex (HRM) issues;

  • You enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously;

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken);

  • You are energetic, driven and are able to use your strong personality to achieve the best possible result.
