How will you value add?
Provision of HR services and support function which will include:

Manage end to end employee life cycle events and processes including but not limited to on-boarding, transfers, relocation and off-boarding.

Manage all the employee related data entry into the HR System and ensure integrity, consistency, and security of all data handled.

Maintain up to date employee's personnel files

Responding to staff queries in relation to HR policies and processes

Participation in HR projects such as process improvements with the objective of streamlining and standardization

All other HR administrative duties as assigned.
About you

Diploma or Degree in any discipline, preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Able to handle the daily workload and deliver day-to-day HR transactions in a timely and accurate manner with minimum supervision

Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills, highly adaptable

Resourceful, a team player and able to multi-task in a dynamic & fast-paced environment

Ability to thrive on challenges in a fast-paced and high-volume environment where quality and speed are of essence.

Knowledge of Workday or other HR Systems would be an advantage
