A career in our Human Resources, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.
Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programmes support.
Meaningful work you’ll be part ofÂ
As a Human Capital Service Centre Administrator, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Â

Responsible for providing front-facing support to routine questions, completed inquiries and transactional support to HC process firm wide working in collaboration with the HR Business Partners (HCBP), Centres of Excellences and the Professional HC Services TeamÂ

Scope of support includes Core HR, Disability administration, Leaves, Offboarding, Global Mobility administration, Campus Recruitment administration, Learning & Development administration, and Data Management & ReportingÂ
-
 Act as next level support for query resolution and complex inquiriesÂ
-
Escalate issues and resolve matters in partnership with HCSC ManagerÂ
-
Responsible for ensuring process updates are completed and training is provided to HCSC administratorsÂ
-
Review of HCSC communications (letters, verification of employment, clawbacks, scripts etcÂ
-
Understand the full range of HC processes and programs available to our people and be able to research ad hoc requests or escalations
-
Review payroll inputs/EIBs prior to payroll cutoffÂ
-
Provide on the job coaching to administrators and collaborate with various teams to respond to ongoing queries and issue resolution

Work closely with the HC Technology Team on supporting HC systems and technical escalationsÂ

Liaise with HR colleagues from the HCBP and Professional HC Services Team to effectively enable HR operationsÂ

Project assistance as required, and other duties as assigned
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solveÂ

Similar experience in an HC environment, or in an administrative or coordinator role.

Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation complete or in progress is preferred.Â

Ability to review own work and others’ for accuracy and completeness.

Technical knowledge including experience with Workday.Â

Strong relationship building skills and focus on customer service with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels within the Firm including leadership.

Ability to deal with a large number of competing activities/tasks with changing priorities
-
Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands and pressures.Â

Ability to work both independently and as a team player

The ability to communicate effectively, consult with others, build relationships, facilitate group discussions, and understand change management

Excellent judgment and strong problem solving skills.Â

Ability to perform under time constraints and calmly meet deadlines

When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset
