Job Description & Summary

To be a part of the Business Services Human Capital Central Support team that directly assists the Functional People Teams and Relationship Leaders in the implementation of our One Firm people strategy in the areas of Leadership Development Experience, Talent Development, Performance Management, and diversity initiatives. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree.

  • Advanced english level.

  • Experience: 4 years in the role.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Demonstrate thorough level of knowledge and proven success in the application of Human Capital strategies for the Line of Service teams.

  • Teaming and multi-tasking in a collaborative environment; 

  • Building and maintaining relationships;

  • Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently, to and/or for all levels of internal staff and management; and, 

  • Delivering timely and constructive feedback as well as coaching others to do the same.

Functions and responsibilities: 

  • Possessing knowledge of Human Capital policy, Human Capital metrics, sourcing, coaching and development, talent management, performance management and employee relations.

  • Supporting offboarding procedures including but not limited to, creating documentation, severance and staff questions.

  • Utilizing software to analyze reports and draft summary reports, such as Workday, Microsoft Office, Alteryx and other related firm-issued tools.

  • Implementing cross-functional programs & processes as directed in alignment with firm-wide guidelines.

  • Participating in the onboarding  of Business Services new hires and transferees, Liaising with other functional teams (e.g., People Operations, Center of Excellence, Ethics and Compliance)

  • Solving problems, prioritizing tasks, independently making decisions, and/or escalating and consulting with the TC, or People Leaders on more challenging issues.

  • Support in guaranteeing the efficiency of the Workday process (Job changes, hires, terminations etc).

  • Responsibilities related to the management of our people including offboarding activities and workday processes.

  • Providing creative and innovative recommendations, as well as suggesting new or alternative methods to address issues.

  • Collaborating with other team members on a wide variety of issues including technical, workflow, performance or interpretation of policies and standards.
