Responsibilities:

Proven experience with Workday

configuration in the following functional modules: HCM (Staffing

and ESS), Security, Reporting and User Experience; having

experience with HR Business processes related to these specific

areas of Workday

● General understanding of Cross Product functionality (e.g.

Organizations, Language Translation, Job Catalog, Delegation,

Branding, Cross-tenant configuration, etc.) as applicable to

Workday.

● Comfort and strength participating in solutioning discussions and

making decisions/conclusions related to enhanced functionality

and creative solutioning.

● Proven functional delivery experience with iterative or agile

software development methodologies, specifically SAFe (Scaled

Agile) experience preferred.

●Candidate should have background in workday configurations and implementations. This resource will be supporting Workday Product Owners with functional Workday configuration.

Mandatory skill sets:

Workday product roadmap, Agile/Scrum, Workday business process configuration, Managing the workday vendor relationship, Workday product owner, workday infrastructure, workday product owner, worked on workday configuration, new process changes requirement gathering, projects delivery

Preferred skill sets:

Safe, Resolving insufficiencies, Demands, requirement gathering, Workday project, workday transformation
