A career in our Emerging Solutions Analytics practice, within Risk Assurance Compliance and Analytics services, will provide you with the opportunity to assist clients in developing analytics and technology solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict risk. Using advanced technology, we’re able to focus on establishing the right controls, processes and structures for our clients to ensure that decisions are based on accurate information and assure that information provided to third parties is accurate, complete, and can be trusted.

What you’ll create and do

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  •  Strong experience and knowledge of one or many large ERP solutions (e.g. SAP S/4, Oracle/Oracle Cloud, Workday Financials/HCM, Salesforce) in the following key areas: 

o    Risk identification and control integration as part of an end-to-end ERP implementation;
o    IT and business process controls audit/review in context of an ERP implementation;
o    Implementation support including project management and governance;
o    Risk management and assurance over large transformation technology initiatives;
o    Design and implementation of ERP application security and controls; and
o    Experience with assessment and implementation of ERP GRC technologies.

  • Implementation and/or assurance experience with emerging technologies such as blockchain, robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence is preferred

  •  Knowledge and experience of data privacy standards/regulations (e.g. GDPR, CASL), privacy audits/reviews/or implementation or assessments of privacy programs and controls is preferred

  • Implementation and/or assurance experience with IT governance frameworks (e.g. COBIT, NIST, ISO)

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas would be preferred, especially aligned in context of cloud-based / large-scale ERP systems such as SAP S/4 HANA, Workday Financials/HCM, Salesforce, etc – external and internal IT audits and reviews, data conversions, audit of controls under CPA Canada section 5970 (CSAE 3416) and SSAE 16, SOX/NI 52-109 programs; and data quality and analytics

  • Strong leadership and project management skills working in dynamic and cross-functional teams for large-scale and multi-national engagements

What You’ll Bring to This Role

  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

  • Progressive experience in related business and/or technology disciplines

  • Previous experience in a leadership role or has experience working with large ERP solutions (e.g. SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle/Oracle Cloud, Workday Financials/HCM, Salesforce) and/or emerging technology solutions including blockchain, RPA and artificial intelligence

  • Degree in Business Technology Management, Management of Information Systems, or Computer Science/Engineering

  • A CISSP, PMP, CRISC, CISM or CISA designation is preferred

  • Cloud security and/or data privacy certifications (e.g. CIPP/C, CIPM, CIPT) is preferred

  • Certifications from large ERP vendors (e.g. SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, Workday Financials/HCM, Salesforce) is an asset

  • Level 2 security clearance is an asset

  • Demonstrated strong technical experience in cloud security/privacy, cloud audits, and/or design of cloud computing infrastructure/systems

  • Ability to integrate privacy into the technical requirements of products, solutions including those that are cloud-based

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English; Fluency in a third language, including, but not limited to, Italian, Mandarin or Hebrew is considered an asset

  • Flexibility to travel to client sites and outside of home office (approx. 25-30%)
