Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in managed services focus on a variety of outsourced solutions and support clients across numerous functions. These individuals help organisations streamline their operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. They are skilled in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services to clients.
As a managed service delivery generalist at PwC, you will execute outsourced processes, such as client and customer interaction; data review, enrichment and processing; implementing and monitoring quality controls; and resolving escalations and queries.
Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

The Opportunity
As part of the Managed Services team you will demonstrate thorough abilities in human resources policies and practices while delivering tailored client solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will manage projects, build client relationships, and foster a positive work environment while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

What You Must Have
– Bachelor's Degree
– 4 years of experience in consulting and/or managed services in Human Resources
What Sets You Apart
– Certifications Preferred: Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Human Capital Management Systems (i.e. Workday HCM, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, etc.), or Fundamental Payroll Certification
– Demonstrating adaptability in HR technology
– Exhibiting project management and delivery skills
– Delivering tailored client solutions in complex environments
– Building client relationships and understanding business needs
– Translating business problems into technical requirements
– Fostering collaboration and positive work environments
– Experience in consulting or managed services in HR areas

The salary range for this position is: $58,000 – $161,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
