For our Human Capital department, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager. The Payroll Manager will be the lead of the Payroll team (3 Payroll officers) which is responsible for full payroll operations within PwC.Â

As Payroll Manager, you’ll make an impact on
The payroll team

Hold ultimate responsibility for accurate payroll processing for all entities of PwC in Belgium (8 entities – approximately 2000 employees)

Take the lead in the set-up of any special payment rounds.

Collaborate with your team to research, analyse, and discuss improvements.

Conduct regular meetings with your team to ensure knowledge sharing and knowledge storage within the organisation.

Monitor and support the team to provide accurate responses to employee queries (second line helpdesk)

Oversee the efficient division and management of the workload

Provide necessary backup support during peak periods.

You contribute to the well-being and growth of each individual and the team.

Provide guidance and assistance to your team.
Payroll projects
-
Establish the framework and implement optimization processes.
-
Collaborate with the HRIS team and IT for necessary technical optimizations.
-
Ensure that the Payroll/HR systems are compliant with the relevant social law regulations.

Be the SPOC for payroll for all HR projects.

Collaborate with the Reward team on the Flexible Income PlanÂ

Collaborate on engaging HR projects with other departments.
About you

 Excellent knowledge of Belgian payroll taxation and knowledge of social law (jc200 and 336)Â

Excellent Excel knowledge.Â

A strong analytical solution-oriented mindset

Interested in automation and applying new technologies to support our employees even more efficiently. Innovative and proactive

A leader with good communication skills

Accurate, service minded, stress resilient and problem-solvingÂ

Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English, good knowledge of French
-
Master degree and/or relevant senior professional experienceÂ
-
5-10 years experience in payroll in a large company, of which at least 2Â years experience as team lead

Knowledge of eBlox is a must.Â

Knowledge of Workday or any other large HRIS system is highly appreciatedÂ
