What will you create?

As part of our PwC team you’ll contribute to how we help Australian businesses, not-for-profits and governments create value and improve the way they work. Our People and Culture generalist team has a hugely important role in enhancing the success of PwC’s three world class businesses and enabling functions.

As a Human Resource Associate in our Assurance People & Culture team you can make a positive impact in a variety of ways, the following is by no means exhaustive but gives you an idea of your role as part of the exciting people incentives we are running:

  • Project manager and administrator of HC life cycle events such as:

    • Promotions process

    • Talent Review

    • Annual Performance Review

    • Goal Setting

    • Career Planning

    • Leave management

  • Calendar activity administration

    • Owner of Assurance HC calendar to track and forward plan lifecycle events

    • Owner of Assurance HC Team meetings agenda and note taker

  • Performance and Remuneration Review administration support

    • Coordination of moderation schedules and invitations

    • Manage annual review calendar of events

    • Facilitator and project manager of Director promotion process

  • Data integrity and data administration

    • Help to ensure our workday data is accurate and up to date. 

  • Reviewing people engagement surveys and other people data sources to provide insight and analysis to help drive cultural change.

  • Managing communications to leaders and graduates – liaison with the Assurance business and support onboarding process

About you

You have an early career level of experience as an HR generalist, either in generalist HR or you have some experience in other HR or Talent Acquisition areas. You’ll have demonstrated strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills and strong data skills and an ability to navigate and interpret data and insights available from various systems.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Business Support team enable all areas of our firm to deliver meaningful value to clients.
