What you will be doing?

As a Workday experienced functional consultant, you work within a multi-disciplinary and client-focused team that consists of specialists with different backgrounds. We help our clients to improve their HR organization and get it working optimally by using technology as an enabler. This can range from system selection to full system implementations.

  • You will be working on projects that usually involve being with a PwC team at the client, on site.

  • Working within your team, you will help the client select and implement HR systems.

  • You will participate in designing, improving and testing HR processes, delivering workshops to the client team and guiding them through the different phases of the project.

  • You will work on setting up these processes in terms of the required system configuration.

  • You will be a vital part in the implementation from start to finish (and beyond).

  • You will also make a major contribution to project management, stakeholder and change management and preparing and supervising workshops.


Does this describe you?  

You are flexible to take on the different roles in HR Cloud Transformation projects. You are service oriented and are able to adapt effortlessly to any situation and are always seeking out opportunities to collaborate. You get energy from challenges and are able to reimagine the possible.

  • Relevant academic degree, a specialism in Human Resources is a pre.

  • You have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience as an HR consultant or HR professional with experience in Workday. 

  • Your experience involves analyzing business requirements, organizing (and leading) workshops and system configuration. 

  • Certification(s) in Workday module(s) are a pre.

  • You enjoy and have experience with working on multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure.

  • You are fluent in English (both written and spoken)

  • You are energetic, driven and are able to use your strong personality to achieve the best possible result.
