The PwC Poland’s Workday team (consisting of 34 specialists) delivers the most advanced technology solutions, participates in HR and financial transformations, and creates innovative solutions (also Workday Extended) that unlock our clients’ potential and facilitate achieving the best working methods. Thanks to our experience and knowledge, we are able to carry out interesting international projects. We deploy the most innovative Customer Experience solutions for our clients.

We are looking for:

Senior Workday Financial Consultant

Your future role: 

  • Work on Workday Financial deployments in leading roles,
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements,
  • Assess actual client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions to meet client goals,
  • Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements,
  • System configuration, testing, and data activities to ensure that proposed solution suits Client’s expectations,
  • Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday,
  • Assist the integration consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions,
  • Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology,
  • Act as Team Leader for functional Consultants,
  • Share knowledge, support and mentor a new Team Members,
  • Support the sales activities and business development.

Apply if you have: 

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting,
  • Experience in leading Workday implementations or other ERP systems,
  • Experience in implementing various functional areas including: R2R (Financial Accounting, Financial Dimension / Chart of Accounts Design), P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts), O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts), Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany,
  • Workday Finance Certifications in at least one of the mentioned areas,
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
