At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity
 As part of the Workday Human Capital Management team you shall drive the strategic direction and enhance the performance of HCM organizations. As a Director you shall set the vision for business growth, oversee multiple projects, and maintain significant executive-level client relations.

 What You Must Have
 – Bachelor's Degree
 – 10 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
– Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science preferred
– Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably HCM Core and/or Engagement Manager certification
– Leading the entire lifecycle of Workday HCM implementations
– Enhancing and transforming HCM operations through Workday
– Aligning Workday HCM functionality with organizational goals
– Building trusted client relationships in a Workday environment
– Mentoring junior consultants and supporting professional development
– Demonstrating thought leadership in Human Capital Management with proven client management skills
– Managing complex implementation efforts with proven record of success
– Experience leading cross-functional teams in a Workday project setting
– Demonstrating proficient understanding of Workday HCM capabilities including: Core HCM, Business Process Framework, and Security Configuration

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 – $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
