A career within Workday Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Workday technology as a tool to enhance and unify Human Resources, talent management, and finance. We focus on understanding the forces shaping their business and developing industry tailored solutions that support our clients through the entire lifecycle of the Workday implementation.

This role has the option of being based out of our Montréal, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver or Calgary offices
Purpose-led work you’ll be part of
As a Workday HCM Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Requirements gathering: Understand customer Human Capital Management and broader business requirements and how they align to Workday functionality
Configuration Lead: Working with our team to configure the Workday solution to meet the customers’ HCM related and broader business requirements
Data conversion: Assisting the customer in gathering relevant current system data and helping to convert the data into Workday
Testing: Helping the customer and systems team test the Workday solution
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate customers on the Workday solution
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
Consulting experience with demonstrated experience in HCM
Experience with least 2 to 3 full cycle implementation projects and experience in technical support post implementation
Experience in creating documentation and training materials
Ability to transfer knowledge to clients and train of super users
Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities in English (French is a bonus)
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills
Must have an interest for learning and an obsession about figuring out how things work

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard
This position may require some travel (upto 10%)
