Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:Â

Individuals with experience of Workday Functional. This is a role within the team, requiring a balance of functional expertise, business development, sales origination and client delivery.Â
The candidate will be expected to:Â

Demonstrate successful hands-on experience with delivering Workday implementationsÂ

Experience managing large teams on complex global projectsÂ

Provide cross-functional Workday advice and work closely with the client leads to optimize processes and maximize the benefits of WorkdayÂ

Provide guidance to clients on the transformative features of Workday concerning the HCM, including its self-service options, service delivery, and process execution capabilities. Â

Contribute to business development and sales initiatives including bid, proposal and contract / commercial negotiations with our Workday clientsÂ

Lead the growth of the Workday practice through sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership and supporting the career aspirations of team membersÂ

Advise on technical integration of the Workday application with other client and 3rd party applicationsÂ

Provide a perspective on data migration and data integrity as part of the deployment engagementÂ

Complete 5 full lifecycle implementations on Workday system design, build and deploymentÂ

Analyze business requirements and propose effective solutions to the client leadershipÂ

Showcase detailed working knowledge of how HCM services are delivered at the process levelÂ

Train and effectively transfer knowledge and flex the approach according to the situationÂ

Learn technology quickly through instructions where necessaryÂ

Collaborate and build strong relationships with varying team membersÂ

Active HCM certification and strong functional knowledge on modules like payroll, Absence, Time Tracking , Compensation, Talent, Recruiting or BenefitsÂ
