Job Description & Summary
A career in our Workday Technology practice, within Workday Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Workday technology as a tool to enhance and unify Human Resources, talent management, and finance. We focus on understanding the forces shaping their business and developing industry tailored solutions that support our clients through the entire lifecycle of the Workday implementation.
In joining, you’ll be a part of a team that helps our clients utilize integration, data conversion, extend, prism and other tool sets to enable the broader Workday solution. Workday technology consulting work streams are a pivotal part of our projects that allow for the migration from legacy solutions, interoperability with third party solutions, provide reporting, insights and analytics, and extend the Workday solution to support client use cases.

Data and Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science, Statistics or MathematicsÂ
Certification(s) Preferred:
Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Integrations and/or engagement manager certification
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:

Possesses experience with Workday technical implementation and Workday Studio Integration Designer Toolset;

Establishes integration requirements are of high quality and sufficiently robust to establish that the end product meets the original business requirement;

Aligns to PwC IT Integration Standards and the correct selection of technologies and acts as a champion for these standards when working with territories in the network;Â

Partners with external 3rd parties for technical integrations;

Uses test management tools such as MS VSTS or HPSM9 for management of defects;

Exhibits specialization in agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban;Â

familiar with database and application design technologies,( i.e., SQL, XML/XLST, Web Services, SOAP, REST, middleware, BizTalk, Fusion, etc.);

 Makes recommendations to support continual service improvements in the area of integration;

Engages with 3rd parties as appropriate, whether these be external vendors of HC systems dependent upon integration;Â

Provides industry knowledge and best practices of Workday Technology business processes;

Participates in client discussions and meetings while presenting to groups virtually and in person;

Prepares concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;

Creates an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;

Answers questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,
-
Provides timely meaningful written and verbal feedback skills.
