The Job At-A-Glance:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Analyst with hands-on experience in Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience managing and optimizing HR systems, with a strong understanding of HR processes, data integrity, and systems configuration. This role will be critical in driving HRIS initiatives, improving system functionality, and supporting the HR team with actionable insights and reliable data.
A Typical Day:

Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, including Core HCM, business processes, reporting, and data management.

Maintain and troubleshoot system issues, perform data audits, and ensure data accuracy and integrity across the platform.

Support the implementation and enhancement of HRIS modules (ex: Talent Acquisition, Performance, Compensation, etc.).

Create and maintain reports to support HR analytics, compliance, and business needs.

Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.

Assist with system testing, upgrades, and new feature rollouts.

Provide end-user support and training on HRIS functionality and best practices.

Document processes, workflows, and configuration changes as part of knowledge management and change control.
Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent related work experience.

Strong understanding of HR data, processes, and reporting needs.

Experience with Workday reporting (advanced reports, calculated fields, dashboards) is highly desirable.

Proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
