To enhance HR data quality and ensure a high level of overall confidence in workforce, performance and talent data. Support effective decision making in HR through delivery of accurate, timely and complete data. Contribute to establishment of effective data governance framework. Develop and enhance meaningful data quality metrics and reports. Actively engage stakeholders in ensuring continuous improvement in accuracy and consistency of HR data. Preparation of timely, accurate and relevant HR reporting for all regional stakeholders To support HR Strategic initiatives (eg Workforce Planning) and actively contribute to the achievement of business goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Understand the importance of the organization’s vision and essential values. Ability to implement policies, programs and directives from senior management.
•Fully comprehend the impact of HR data on business decisions and respond accordingly.
•Manage deadlines and take responsibility for deliverables (daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual) and independently prioritize accordingly.
•Identify and proactively report key risk areas for HR data and reporting areas (eg incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent or ambiguous data, data privacy exposures)
•Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation of data policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency of approach in partnership with regional stakeholders and Design Council.
•Contribute to establishment of effective data governance framework.
•Actively engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to determine key areas of improvement in existing processes.
•Effectively participate in projects & initiatives to improve process and increase efficiency.
•Demonstrate continual improvement of data validation and data quality.
•Evidence sufficient rigor in monitoring and reporting of key HR data and metrics in Workday Adaptive Planning.
•Develop and maintain effective relationships with regional stakeholders and apply influencing, negotiation, and consultation skills in achieving desired outcomes.
•Effectively represent data team in a variety of forums.
•Demonstrate/obtain an understanding of regional stakeholders’ perspectives, expectations and requirements.
•Organize or deliver reporting and data insights training.
•Actively contribute to HR operational and strategic initiatives which support achievement of business goals.
•Exhibit ownership of data: ensure consistency and accuracy of data and service for AUSPAC or Group division.
•Introduce and execute new ideas to continuously improve data quality and customer satisfaction.
•Responsible for daily monitoring and action of data validation.
•Effectively assimilate factors affecting data quality e.g. timing, source systems, translations, to develop an in-depth understanding of data lineage.
•Ensure that all data validation rules and tolerances are fit for purpose and updated / supplemented as appropriate.
•Accurate and professional compilation of client reporting.
•Very strong Excel, reporting tool and analytical skills.
•Very strong presentation skills and extremely high attention to detail required.

•Supports others in the team where appropriate to assist in the achievement of their objectives.
•Actively participates in the Performance Management Process (PMP) including development of SMART objectives / Personal Development Plan / KPI’s.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Required Experience

• 3 years relevant experience

• Extremely high attention to detail.
•Ability to influence stakeholders and build effective customer relationships.
•Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
•Highly numerate & analytical.
•Ability to assimilate complex data from multiple sources.
•Advanced Excel.
•Workday Adaptive Planning and statistics skills highly regarded.
•Self-aware with a good level of emotional intelligence (understanding the impact of their behaviors on others).
•Adaptable, embraces change and pro-active in challenging and improving business processes.

Preferred Experience

• Active stakeholder engagement.
•Hands-on experience in data analysis and HRIS

Preferred Knowledge

• Specialized knowledge of HR metrics.
•Advanced knowledge of HR and Payroll function.
•Knowledge of Workday Reporting
•Broad awareness of QBE structure & strategy.
