Our accounting team is expanding and we are looking for highly motivated accounting leaders with the desire to grow with our expanding business.

We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Accounting Manager who combines a solid background in accounting and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.  The position provides leadership and direction to a team of accountants with primary responsibilities around managing the accounting for general & administrative expenses, debt, equity, payroll, cash and acquisition costs, among other areas. The Corporate Accounting team will also support the consolidation and intercompany processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.

  • Lead a dynamic team within the Corporate Accounting department
  • Responsible for maintaining a high-performing team and promote open, frequent and dynamic communication among staff, stimulating teamwork to accomplish desired goals and objectives
  • Responsible for the accurate accounting for debt, equity, cash, payroll, general & administrative expenses and acquisition costs. Review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Lead team in execution and coordination of monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and internal reporting, including review of work papers, account reconciliations, analysis and other documentation supporting the monthly close process and month-end balances for assigned areas.
  • Provide assistance with consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
  • System (Workday) functional lead of the accounting for payroll, commissions, and allocations.  Design and implement scalable process improvements.
  • Provide support for annual financial audits including providing backup documentation and explanations as needed
  • Collaborate and provide support for management initiatives including process standardization, automation and simplification, financial analysis and research, and reporting
  • Assist with integration of acquired companies/properties.
  • Collaborate with legal, tax and other departments to obtain information required for financial analysis and variance resolution
  • Ad-hoc projects and additional recurring responsibilities as deemed necessary by management


  • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting required
  • Five or more years of experience in the accounting/financial reporting areas and in a fast-paced environment


  • Seven or more years of experience in the accounting/financial reporting areas and in a fast-paced environment
  • CPA
  • Two or more years of Management experience
  • Intercompany and consolidation experience
  • Workday experience or other large ERP systems


  • A strategic thinker with an understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial processes
  • Ability to adapt to/effect change, and welcome new challenges
  • Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with automated accounting systems
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-pace work environment
  • Must have the ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions.
