QTS Data Centers is seeking a Treasury Analyst or Sr Treasury Analyst to work from our Overland Park, KS Headquarters location.  Quality Technology Services (QTS) is a leading provider of data center solutions across a diverse footprint spanning more than 9 million square feet of QTS Mega Data Centers throughout North America and Europe. This role will be working in the office ~ 4 days per week /1 day at home but we provide lots of flexibility as life happens to work remote.

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting daily treasury operations, including but not limited to daily cash positioning and forecasting, funds transfers, bank account and credit card program management. They will establish and maintain positive relationships with our banking partners and the external financial institution community. They are responsible for maintaining well-documented procedures, and monitoring compliance with the organization’s treasury control activities. This position will play a key role in ERP and TMS system pool reporting and all banking integrations. This position will report to the Senior Treasury Manager, Assistant Treasurer and will work closely with Accounting and Finance business partners as well as senior leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned

  • Manage daily cash payments for the Treasury team including ACHs, Wires, and Direct decisioning.  This includes verification of all payment instructions/execution of additional fraud protection measures.

  • Update, maintain and review daily cash forecast. Make recommendations on short term investment opportunities and borrowing needs.

  • Monitor bank accounts for Positive Pay exception items. Research and make decisions as needed.

  • Reconcile and execute daily pool transfers across debt specific bank accounts.

  • Manage company credit card program(s) including onboarding & offboarding of new card holders, banking platform administration and Workday integrations.

  • Partner with departments to obtain accurate information to be used in the cash management, cash flow forecasting and other analysis.

  • Responsible for ERP system testing for banking and settlement.

  • Assist management in opening and closing of bank accounts including the buildout of all new integrations to TMS and ERP system.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent work experience

  • Four or more years Treasury or cash accounting experience

  • One or more years direct treasury/cash management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA

  • Workday experience

  •  Treasury Management System experience

  •  International Treasury experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  •  Driven Self-starter who can remain focused in fast moving environment

  •  Team player with strong communication skills

  •  Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage against deadlines

  • Perform highly detailed work with accuracy and precision
