QTS’ Workday Manager is responsible for executing on the vision for our Workday Human Capital Management, Financials, and Adaptive Insights business applications.  Reporting to the VP Business Support Systems and located in Overland Park, KS, the Workday Manager leads teams of departmental, cross-functional, and third party Workday and Adaptive Insights application support professionals in the optimization of our application usage and business process performance.  

RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.

  • Workday Functional Roadmaps – Completion and maintenance of functional roadmaps through collaboration with the VP Business Support Systems and functional leaders, review of vendor release and roadmap materials.
  • Application & Business Process Enhancements – Scoping, planning, and execution of approved application enhancement projects, and requests for configuration changes.
  • System Availability, Confidentiality, and Security Standards – Development and implementation of Workday and Adaptive specific system support specifications and procedures in accordance with ISO27001:2013 standards.
  • User Support – Managing the completion of Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalated support cases for Workday and Adaptive Insights.
  • Application Usage Monitoring – Monthly analysis and reporting on Workday application usage and Workday support performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Workday Financials and Human Capital Management implementation experience or two or more years of Workday HCM and Financials Administration experience
  • Two or more years of people management experience including cross-functional and third party providers.
  • Experienced in Information Technology project management methodologies, has successfully completed a variety of Information Technology enhancement projects utilizing different project delivery models.
  • US Citizenship is required by law due to federal contracts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Workday Pro Financials certification
  • Workday Pro HCM Core certification

· The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Colorado, is $ 116,330.32 – $ 198,537.09.

· Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in the company’s commission and equity plan
