Role Description:
The HR Coordinator provides an integral role in providing exceptional HR support to the HR Operations Team. This includes the management of documentation and data for most HR business rhythms including, but not limited to, HR program and policy interpretation, on-boarding, recruitment, and HR project support.  The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized, articulate communicator who possesses the ability to multi-task and adapt as priorities and initiatives change.  The role will interact with employees at all levels, and will partner with HR Managers, the Talent Acquisition team, and other HR leaders within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to employees and managers, responding to inquiries regarding human resources policies, procedures, programs, general employee relations, and redirecting as needed to appropriate team members.
- Assist and contribute to the implementation of new initiatives and projects across HR
- Follow-up, manage and create employment related documentation and ensure corresponding updates are populated within HRIS system
- Help support the management of the Workday HRIS system
- Organize, facilitate, collect and enter all new hire paperwork information into Workday
- Manage and organize the employee’s initial on-boarding including partnership with other functional teams for tools, access and rewarding experience
- Support HR in implementing HR goals which will improve the employee experience
- Participate in projects (i.e. research, surveys, process mapping) and compile information into reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Provide administrative support for HR and payroll initiatives such as acquisitions, engagement surveys etc.
- Prepare employment verification letters.
- Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations as required.

- Cross train where necessary to provide back up to colleagues and train colleagues to be your back up.
- Provide disability management updates to managers/employees, when required.
- Other duties as required.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,000
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
