The Opportunity

As the Data Governance and Reporting Partner, you will be part of the Global People Solutions Team and improve the quality of our team member data. The Data Governance and Reporting Partner will have a unique opportunity to work with multiple functions in the organization to support Data Governance programs and enhance our data management practices.

Your Impact

Your knowledge of our data will be an important resource for the People Team and important partners. You will have the opportunity to impact overall organizational goals and processes, while ensuring our data quality allows for data-driven decisioning.

What you will do

  • Implement enhancements in Workday that improve processes and align with data governance standards
  • Partner with teams within the People function to encourage best practices for data management
  • Develop data governance frameworks to ensure the accuracy and quality of HR data
  • Encourage the protection of sensitive and personal data by advocating for ethical AI and compliance with relevant data protection regulations
  • Be a resource during the design of new reports and dashboards and provide recommendations based on Workday capabilities
  • Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards
  • Compile data from multiple data sources and satisfy requests, with a focus on customer service
  • Build a metrics catalog with definitions to enhance data trust and literacy

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience using Workday for HR data management and governance tasks
  • Knowledge of Workday data sources, business objects, and security
  • Ability to analyze and visualize complex data to inform HR strategies
  • Proficient in Workday report writer, calculated fields, and composite reporting
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks, including data quality, data security, and compliance regulations
  • Experience working with teams in a global organization
